All clients are subject the policies outlined below. Jocelyn/Jo Lewis herein referred to as “The Artist”.
Artwork Categories
The artist offers prints and commissions. These are offerings for prints, which has different terms and conditions than commissions.
Prints Policy
Sizes and Pricing
The artist does not offer prints smaller than 18 x 24.
• 18 x 24 prints are priced at a minimum of $1,500
• Prints larger than 18 x 24 are priced at a minimum of $3,000
• Shipping is not included in print pricing
Payment Options
• For prints, full payment is required at the time of purchase
• No payment plans are available for prints
• All print purchases are final
• Payment plans are available only for commissions larger than 18 x 24 and require a non refundable deposit.
Once payment is received, the order moves directly into production.
Right to Refuse Service
The artist reserves the right to decline commissions or sales that are not aligned with artistic direction, scope, or availability.
Do you offer smaller prints?
No, the smallest available print size is 18 x 24.
Does shipping/production include framing?
Shipping covers the artwork only. If a client desires framing for their artwork, they must explicitly state this and expect associated costs.
Refunds and Cancellations for Prints
No refunds or cancellations for prints offered at this time.
Commission Policies
Commissions are custom works created in collaboration with the collector and are accepted on a limited basis.
Payment for Commissions
• Commissions larger than 18 x 24 may be paid in two installments
• A non refundable deposit is required to begin work
• The remaining balance is due prior to completion and shipment
• All payments are final
*Once final payment is received and the artwork is completed, the sale is closed.
Revisions
• 18 x 24 commissions include two revisions
• Commissions larger than 18 x 24 include two revisions total
• For commissions larger than 18 x 24, all revision requests must be submitted within two days of receiving the proof
• Additional revisions are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees
*After final approval, no further changes can be made.
Proofs and Approvals
• Proofs are delivered digitally
• Color and texture may vary slightly from screen to final print
• Approval confirms acceptance of composition and direction
Production Timeline
• Timelines vary based on size and workload
• Estimated completion times are provided upon order confirmation
• Carrier delays or customs delays are outside the artist’s control
Handling and Risk
• All artwork is carefully packaged and insured
• Risk transfers to the buyer once the artwork is shipped
• Any shipping damage must be reported directly to the carrier
Copyright and Usage
• All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist
• Purchase does not include reproduction or commercial rights
• Artwork may not be reproduced or resold without written permission
Shipping Policy
Shipping is not included in artwork pricing.
• All works are shipped via FedEx, carrier insured, and professionally packaged to protect your artwork to the best of our abilities; however, we cannot guarantee shipping and handling issues when package has left our possession.
• International buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
